We combine talking therapy and hypnosis in each hour long session, helping you progress to how you want to feel and making the changes you want, leaving you feeling calmer, and with clearer thinking.

Hypnosis is a relaxing experience that enhances talking therapy. It is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help make positive changes. I guide you gently and safely to achieve a deeply relaxed state. Hypnosis can be likened to a feeling of ‘day dreaming’, and the sessions are incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. During the relaxation your subconscious mind and conscious mind become more receptive to beneficial suggestions.

It is based on up-to-date neuroscience research on how the brain works and the focus is always upon the positive rather than the negative.
